OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend Paris Pao for true sour dough bread lovers. Consistency in quality, and service is beyond compare. I can’t comment on atmosphere as i have always had it delivered! Delivery is beautifully packed and always on time!

Discovered this place and gave it a try today! the chorizo fougasse was something extraordinary!! I tried to keep some for later but just couldn’t 😄 The breads reminded me of the quality we get at good bakeries in France. Kudos to Sid and the team! 🥳

I was browsing on Gmaps and I found this place next to my Airbnb. I went there got to meet Jansi and she informed me they only bake preordered breads. Fortunately they had baked few extra so she can provide me those two extra baguettes I asked her to get pack in a wrap and I brought it back home to Surat and kept it in the freezer, I used it today about 18 days later to make chicken parm and they came out amazing. Definitely better than the baguettes I get here in Surat.

After trying all the breads in Goa, this one is absolutely the best! You can feel the craftmastetship and quality in every bite. We at Goajars making our sandwiches with ParisPao to die for!

Where to begin- Paris Pao was truly a revelation and my daily source of gluten while in Goa. You pre-order your breads a day prior from their website, and then your bread is baked fresh the next morning. It's honest-to-goodness great freaking bread. There are no other words. I shall miss my daily Paris Pao sando once I leave Goa, but reader, if you live in Goa or are visiting and want a great bread: pre order from here! They also deliver across North Goa (with a minimum order amount) or you can drive on over to Siolim and pick it up from Sid.

Best bread of my life. Excellent attention to detail. The ingredients were so well balanced and evenly distributed, and the bread was baked to perfection. The service team works hard and cares about your experience, genuinely wanting to hear your feedback and surpass your expectations. Excited to go again.

I'm a real bread lover, so when I travel, I always look for a bakery. I honestly didn't expect to find such a good bakery in Goa, but to my surprise, Goa has a real bakery. You have to pre-order the bread. I ate baguettes, daily pao, and fugas while I was in Goa. Pate and balsamic spreads also amazing. * The bakery is on the first floor of the apartment building, so you might get lost if you go by the address.

Freshly baked baguettes don’t get better than this! The bread at Paris Pao is DELICIOUS! If you’re after the lightest, freshest bread to dip in EV olive oil, toast and slather in butter, or simply break off eat on its own, this is the best you will Find in Goa! Try it out 😊

Paris Pao seems to have perfected the art and science of baking. We missed trying their breads in the last few trips, but we ensured that it was on our agenda this time. Both the Chilli Cheese Fougasse and the Olives and Herbs Baguette were out of the world. Fresh and delicious. We went to collect the order ourselves, and their love and passion for baking is visible in the warmth with which they hand it over. Looking forward to trying a few more variants soon!

The best bread in Goa. Warning: highly addictive! Not only is Sid one of the nicest people I’ve met but a talented French/Indian baker. His bread can be eaten as is. I serve it at dinner parties, gift his baguettes on special occasions. You can pair the bread with dips and liver pâté to make a perfect meal. Sid also does bread making workshops, it was one of my fav birthdays.
